The closures include county offices, senior centers, libraries, recreation centers, the Sanitation Division’s customer service desk, and the Planning Department’s One Stop Shop.
Public safety personnel and other county employees who are essential for maintaining critical operations during this weather event are advised to consult with their supervisors for specific instructions. Employees not required to be on-site for emergency conditions will work remotely.

Additionally, residents are encouraged to register for DeKalb County’s CodeRED high-speed emergency notification system. This system provides rapid delivery of time-sensitive messages through voice calls, emails, and texts to designated areas within the county during emergencies.
