Efforts to improve water service capacity in DeKalb County will continue with the commencement of the Malone Drive Water Line Repair Project on January 13. The project involves repairing 60 linear feet of a 30-inch ductile iron pipe, affecting the area between Peachtree Road and Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. The work is anticipated to last one month, from January to February 2025, weather permitting.
Construction will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Residents should expect increased noise and traffic during these hours.
