DeKalb County completes repairs on Clairmont Road water main; roads reopen

The DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management has announced the completion of repairs to a broken 30-inch water main located at 3661 Clairmont Road. Following the repair work, all roads in the vicinity have been reopened to traffic.

Despite the reopening, a boil water advisory remains in effect for residents in the affected area. To assist those impacted, bottled water is being distributed at several locations including Fire Station 1 on Clifton Road, Fire Station 3 on N. Clarendon Avenue, Fire Station 7 on Columbia Drive, Fire Station 9 on N. Druid Hills Road, Fire Station 20 on Warren Road, and RaceTrac on Clairmont Road.
