Michelle Obama has launched a new podcast with her brother, Craig Robinson, titled "IMO." The podcast is produced by Higher Ground, the media company established by the Obamas. The latest episode, "Pursue What You Love Before You Pursue Love," has drawn limited attention, recording 11,000 views within 11 hours of release.

In a conversation between the siblings, Robinson questioned whether Michelle would be attracted to a man who was not financially stable at the time of meeting, to which Michelle replied, "Uh, I married one." The exchange seemed to reference her husband, former President Barack Obama. Robinson humorously added, "Don’t you like that alley oop I just threw you? In basketball, you just point, you don’t even have to say it."

Reports have pointed out that the Obamas faced financial struggles before Barack Obama became President in 2008, a contrast to their current financial status. It has been noted that Barack Obama was a Harvard Law graduate and a civil rights attorney when he and Michelle married in 1992.

A critic on social media commented on the episode video, claiming, "Michelle Obama claims that Barack Obama was not 'financially sound' when she married him," and labeled Michelle Obama a "phony narcissist."
