Attorney General Pam Bondi appeared on "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo to discuss judicial interference in President Trump's policies and recent attacks on Tesla dealerships. During the interview, Bondi expressed strong opinions about these issues.
Bartiromo began by asking about Judge Boasberg's ruling concerning flights to Venezuela and whether the Supreme Court would become involved. Bondi responded, "The Supreme Court will get involved. This is an out-of-control judge. A Federal judge trying to control our entire foreign policy and he cannot do it." She further stated, "We are appealing. We will be in court Monday, again, we will win, we will prevail."
Bondi emphasized the importance of following the law and protecting Americans: "They are not immigrants. They are illegal aliens who are committing the most violent crimes you can imagine on Americans."
The discussion then shifted to recent acts of vandalism targeting Tesla dealerships. When asked about consequences for these actions, Bondi explained that there have been three federal charges so far and that more cases are being examined nationwide. She described these acts as domestic terrorism: "These aren’t vandals. These are Molotov cocktails. That could be a weapon of mass destruction." The individuals currently in custody face severe penalties: "The three people in custody right now, they will receive severe and swift consequences, and they are facing up to twenty years in prison."
Bondi also addressed comments made by Rep Jasmine Crockett regarding Elon Musk: "Now you have this congresswoman Crockett who is calling for attacks on Elon Musk on her birthday," she said. Bondi warned that as an elected official, Crockett should tread carefully.
In conclusion, Bondi asserted her stance against domestic terrorism: “Domestic terrorism is going to come to a stop in our country.”
