Tech billionaire Mark Pincus recently disclosed the pivotal moment that led him to support Donald Trump in the 2024 election. Speaking on the 'All In' podcast, Pincus, a lifelong Democrat, shared his experience of a "red pill" moment that changed his perspective.

Pincus attributed this shift to what he described as a long-standing falsehood perpetuated by Democrats and the media. He cited an article by Mike Solana's Pirate Wires about Ukrainian soldiers wearing swastikas and subsequent coverage by The New York Times as factors that made him question mainstream media narratives.

He further explained that an article about Trump's Charlottesville speech in May 2024 played a crucial role. The piece suggested that Trump's comments were misrepresented, prompting Pincus to review the speech himself. "That was my red pill moment," he stated, adding that it influenced many others who had believed the portrayal of Trump was skewed.

Pincus emphasized how this narrative was used against Trump politically, noting its repetition by figures like Biden and Obama during campaigns.
