GAC Students Take Learning Past the Classroom

Last week, GAC Middle and High School students participated in our annual week-long learning excursions.

Students and teachers took learning past our campus and into the greatest classroom of all - the globe. Middle School students traveled to Chattanooga, Savannah, and Washington D.C. High School students took part by participating in the Atlanta Service Excursion or traveling to London, Orlando, Yosemite, Denver, Seattle, New York City, Tampa, and St. Augustine.

Our students explored, learned, played, and created ever-lasting memories with their peers and teachers. Learning excursions provide an opportunity for students to create peak moments during a time of experiential learning.

At GAC, our students learn in a global classroom, with ample opportunities to learn outside of campus. The study of culture, history, and religion goes beyond the classroom. Students gain a hands-on approach to their education during learning excursions that prepare our students to enter the world as global citizens.

Enjoy fun highlights from last week’s learning excursions! The world is God’s masterpiece and our classroom.
