Residents of the Columbia neighborhood are invited to join the first meeting of the DeKalb Community Academy "Columbia 101," organized by the DeKalb County Long Range Planning Division. Scheduled for March 26 at 6 p.m., the meeting will take place at Exchange Park located at 2771 Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30034.

The Planning & Sustainability Department plans to discuss the specific planning needs pertinent to the Columbia area and offer educational resources as part of this initiative. The community is encouraged to participate to acquire essential tools and resources for addressing planning-related matters from a community-driven perspective.

A community survey is available for residents to express their thoughts about their neighborhood. Registration for the event is accessible following completion of the survey. Residents can keep up to date with project developments by visiting the project webpage at the provided link.
