Over the weekend, President Trump's golf course, Trump Turnberry in Scotland, was defaced by pro-Hamas activists. The incident involved spray-painted slogans on buildings and damage to several greens.

One of the greens displayed the message "Gaza is not for sale." Palestine Action claimed responsibility for these acts on social media, sharing images of the vandalism.

The group stated that their actions were a response to what they described as "the American administration’s plans and threats to destroy, ethnically cleanse, and ‘take over’ the Palestinian Gaza Strip."

A statement on their website detailed that activists painted "GAZA IS NOT FOR SALE" in large letters across the lawn of the South Ayrshire course. They also mentioned targeting some of the course's prestigious holes used in Open championships.

The group's actions were reportedly provoked by an AI video shared by President Trump depicting a reimagined "Trump Gaza" resort. A spokesman from Palestine Action commented, "Palestine Action rejects Donald Trump’s treatment of Gaza as though it were his property to dispose of as he likes. To make that clear, we have shown him that his own property is not safe from acts of resistance. We will continue to take action against US-Israeli colonialism in the Palestinian homeland."
