Rep. Hank Johnson, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Georgia's 4th district, recently shared several updates on social media. His posts covered topics ranging from celebrating community events to addressing social issues and extending birthday wishes.

On November 18, Rep. Hank Johnson commemorated Founders Day for Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., an organization known for its dedication to brotherhood and community service. In his tweet, he stated: "Yesterday, I took a moment to celebrate Founders Day for @OfficialOPPF at my event with Stan Williams, who I was recognizing as a local unsung hero. Honoring 113 years of brotherhood, community service, and uplift. Proud to stand on the shoulders of greatness."

Two days later, on November 20, Rep. Johnson addressed the issue of violence against transgender individuals in a tweet marking Transgender Day of Remembrance: "Today we mourn all the trans lives lost to violence. Of those we know of in the US, half were Black trans women. As a member of the @EqualityCaucus, I'm committed to ending anti-trans violence & securing a safer future for trans people."

Later that day, Rep. Johnson extended birthday greetings to President Joe Biden with another post: "Happy birthday, @POTUS! Thank you for your leadership."
