DeKalb County offers free virtual classes on mindful eating and holiday stress

DeKalb County Cooperative Extension is offering free virtual classes on Family and Consumer Sciences via Zoom. The sessions are designed to provide valuable insights into mindful eating and managing holiday stress.

The "Mindful Eating Through the Season" class is scheduled for Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 11:30 am. This session will focus on teaching participants how to eat with intention and remain attentive to their eating experiences without distractions.
