St. Pius X Catholic High School issued the following announcement on Jan. 17.
On Monday, January 17, 2022, communities all across the country will be celebrating the 27th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service. A federal holiday that began as a commemoration of Dr. King’s birthday, it is now a day dedicated to encouraging and empowering Americans to participate in community service. We ask that you join the St. Pius X alumni community in our inaugural day of service. Give back wherever you reside! We can unite as a community on this day by participating, sharing photos and stories, and making our distance a little closer through our good works.
If you live in the greater Atlanta area, please join fellow alumni and the St. Pius X community as we participate in a volunteer project. Details to come!
