59 percent of applicants to Luther Rice College & Seminary were admitted for fall 2018

At Luther Rice College & Seminary, 86 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 67 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Lithonia enrolled 919 students in fall 2018, including 293 in undergraduate and 626 in graduate programs, data shows. 14.3 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

75 percent of undergraduates are residents of Georgia, and 25 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (51 percent) and Black or African American (43 percent).

The school admitted 59 percent of the 22 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 69 percent enrolled.
