Ashley St. Clair, a conservative influencer and author, has publicly accused Elon Musk of neglecting his responsibilities as a father to their child. This comes shortly after she announced that Musk is the father of her five-month-old baby.

St. Clair took to social media with the Latin phrase "Alea iacta est," meaning "The die is cast," to reveal that Musk is the father of her child. She stated, “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.” She emphasized her desire for privacy and requested that media outlets respect their child's safety by avoiding invasive reporting.

In an interview with the New York Post, St. Clair provided more details about her relationship with Musk and its aftermath. She described him as “funny” and “down to Earth,” but claimed he wanted to keep their child hidden from public view. According to St. Clair, Musk asked her not to disclose her pregnancy or include his name on the birth certificate.

Their relationship reportedly began through social media interactions initiated by Musk and quickly developed into in-person meetings across various cities. However, upon becoming pregnant, St. Clair said she was instructed to maintain secrecy about both her condition and their child's existence.

Despite efforts to keep matters private, a tabloid journalist's investigation prompted St. Clair's public announcement on X (formerly Twitter). She alleged that she had informed Musk’s team before making her post but received no response from him directly.

Brian Glicklich, representing St. Clair, confirmed that discussions between St. Clair and Musk regarding co-parenting arrangements had been ongoing but were disrupted by media interference: “Ashley & Elon have been privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time.”

Glicklich expressed disappointment over how tabloid reporting affected these discussions and called for Musk to acknowledge his parental role publicly: “We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashley... Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly.”
