The DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management has announced upcoming lane closures on North Druid Hills Road. These closures are necessary to complete restoration work following the installation of a new water main. The affected area will be between Spring Creek Road and Willivee Drive.
The planned work is scheduled for specific dates and times. Valve insertion will occur from Saturday, February 1, at 7:30 a.m. through Sunday, February 2, at 1:30 p.m. Road paving is set for Thursday, February 13, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday, February 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Motorists should anticipate delays due to these lane closures. Engineers and construction crews aim to minimize the impact on residents and business owners during this period.
