Kevin O’Leary, a professional investor and host of the television show Shark Tank, has expressed concerns about some Democrats experiencing "buyer’s remorse" regarding Vice President Kamala Harris. During an appearance on the Jesse Watters show, O’Leary discussed feedback he received from Democratic contributors who regretted the absence of a primary process.

O’Leary remarked, "The Democrats claim to be the party of democracy and yet Harris is being installed without a single vote." He also drew a comparison between Harris and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, noting how Trudeau was initially popular but faced challenges later in his leadership.

In a conversation with Jesse Watters, O’Leary addressed concerns about staff turnover within political offices. He stated, "Well, I have to ask myself is that true because that’s an extraordinary number. You’re wiping out your entire staff, obviously a problem there."

He further explained that during discussions with investors who are significant contributors to the Democratic Party, he heard for the first time about their dissatisfaction. O’Leary shared, "Some of us are having some buyer’s remorse. We wish we’d run a process because we got so much press in the first nine days of bringing somebody into the party and raised 200 million plus."

O’Leary estimated that around 20% of these contributors felt this way. He compared the situation to Canada under Justin Trudeau's leadership: "When a young Justin Trudeau swept in, nobody cared about his executional skills or what he’d ever done or anything. They just thought he was the it guy."

A video accompanying these remarks was shared by Collin Rugg on social media with O'Leary warning that America could face similar challenges if Harris were elected.
