Anita Dunn, an adviser to President Biden's 2024 campaign, addressed questions about the possibility of Biden dropping out of the presidential race during an appearance on MSNBC. Dunn minimized concerns regarding Biden's recent debate performance, describing it as merely "90 minutes in a campaign and an administration." She indicated that the campaign is focused on future strategies.

Dunn stated, “A debate is one moment in the campaign,” adding that voters might have perceived the debate differently than insiders. She continued by saying, “The conversation we had is, ‘OK, what do we do next?’” The campaign plans to concentrate on ongoing research and issues important to voters.

Despite criticism from various quarters, including calls from some media outlets for Biden to exit the race, Dunn expressed confidence in his leadership. She noted that post-debate changes are not expected to be significant and emphasized Biden’s commitment to making his case against Donald Trump.

In her interview with MSNBC's "The Weekend," Dunn reiterated that "the president is going to continue to be out there," underscoring her belief in Biden's presidency despite any negative perceptions stemming from the debate.
