Paula Davis, a Georgia resident and voter, testified to “irregularities” during the Nov. 3 election.
“All Americans should want to get to the bottom of all of this wrongdoing and ensure our elections are fair,” Davis said in testimony.
Davis was a poll watcher at DeKalb County reported numerous problems in the processing and how DeKalb County employee handled poll watchers.
“I was there every day all day until all (the) election ballot-counting process was completed,” Davis said. “I observed all aspects of the ballot counting process and during this time I witnessed what I think are irregularities. infractions and illegal activities.”
Davis reported DeKalb County employees counted ballots in secret and subjected poll watchers to threatening behavior including cursing at poll watchers.
“This was a pattern and a habit with them at the DeKalb County location. They were constantly, it seemed to (be using) delaying tactics ... so we could not come in to observe, and they flagrantly would violate that rule,” she said.
