U.S. Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has joined a movement that seeks the withdrawal of COVID-19 vaccines from circulation, citing an array of alleged injuries caused by what she describes as experimental vaccinations. The movement consists of 45 candidates and 27 elected officials across 18 states, publicly advocating for the removal of COVID-19 vaccines from the market. Many members of this coalition have pledged to reject donations from pharmaceutical companies.

Representative Greene has been vocal about her stance on COVID-19 vaccines since the onset. She stated, "I’ve called out the risky and ineffective COVID-19 vaccines from the very beginning." Further elaborating on her position, she added, "Recently, I held a hearing with top experts on the countless injuries caused by these experimental jabs." In conclusion, Greene emphasized, "It’s time to say NO to COVID-19 vaccines and remove FDA approval."

In a press release issued by U.S. Senator Ron Johnson's (R-WI) office, it was reported that a November hearing led by Greene and seven House GOP colleagues delved into potential links between COVID-19 vaccines and adverse events such as myocarditis, blood clots, and neurological damage. Expert testimonies from figures like Dr. Robert Malone and attorney Thomas Renz highlighted concerns regarding vaccine safety. Johnson expressed his frustration over U.S. public health agencies' lack of transparency and cited incomplete responses to 60 oversight letters regarding COVID-19 vaccines. He presented a censored adverse event comparison chart indicating approximately 1.6 million adverse events and 36,501 vaccine-associated deaths globally.

U.S. Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) also expressed his concerns about the vaccination process in a post: "The FDA license for the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA shots should be revoked immediately. Evidence shows the licensure approval process was corrupted by politics and corporate lobbying."

According to a report by the Washington Examiner, Massie raised concerns in March 2021 about the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), questioning the agency's allocation of $1 billion for "vaccine confidence activities" amid claims of deliberate misinformation regarding vaccine data. He criticized the CDC for allegedly misrepresenting vaccine trial data, particularly concerning efficacy for individuals previously infected with COVID-19. Massie urged the public to scrutinize scientific assertions made by figures like Dr. Anthony Fauci and CDC leaders. He compared the CDC to CNN, characterizing both as "fake news."

The Washington Examiner also reported on Pfizer's stock performance, which began 2023 at $51, dropped to $26 in mid-December, and is now valued at $162 billion, less than half its worth two years ago. Despite the S&P's gains, it marked its worst year in the 21st century, contrasting with Eli Lilly's 60% increase in share price.
