Rep. Anna Paulina Luna from Florida is questioning Attorney General Pam Bondi over delays in releasing important files, including Jeffrey Epstein's client list and records related to the assassinations of JFK, RFK, and MLK. In a Fox News interview, Bondi confirmed she is reviewing these documents following a directive from former President Trump but did not disclose any findings, stating "Not yet" when asked about any significant revelations.

In another discussion with Benny Johnson, Bondi suggested more information might be forthcoming but provided no details. The executive order from Trump to declassify these files has not yet been fulfilled, causing frustration among some parties. General Flynn called for immediate transparency on social media platform X; however, Luna noted that she does not have the authority to declassify the documents and indicated that responsibility lies with Bondi and others.

Flynn commended Luna's efforts and advocated for full and unredacted releases of the files. Luna publicly challenged Bondi on X for updates and mentioned unanswered letters from the House Oversight Committee dated February 11 and 19. As chair of the Declassification Task Force, Luna has formally requested timelines and briefings from Bondi as well as Tulsi Gabbard, Michael Waltz, and David Warrington. Additionally, Representative James Comer has sought information on other topics such as the origins of COVID-19 and events surrounding 9/11.
