DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management crews are working to repair a 36-inch broken water main at 3124 Midway Road. According to the department, there have been no reported water outages so far. However, customers in the affected area may notice brown water and are advised to run their faucets both inside and outside their homes or businesses to clear internal plumbing.

Traffic controls have been put in place during the repairs, and motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible and expect traffic delays.

Customers who experience low water pressure are encouraged to contact the DeKalb County Watershed Department by email at dekalbwaterops@dekalbcountyga.gov or by phone at 770-270-6243.
