DeKalb Chamber named sponsor for A Taste of East Memorial Drive event

The Center for Truth and Healing (CFTH) has named the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce as an official sponsor for the upcoming “A Taste of East Memorial Drive” event. The community celebration is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from noon to 7 p.m. at The Atrium Event Center in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

According to organizers, nearly 300 guests have already registered for the event. The gathering will feature local businesses, nonprofits, churches, and other organizations that aim to highlight the culture and revitalization efforts along East Memorial Drive.

Vendor booth spaces are available starting at $50. Members of the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce who register as vendors can receive a $10 discount on their booth fees. Sponsorships begin at $500 and include recognition for supporting the community.

In addition to the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce, sponsors include DeKalb Public Health, The Atrium Performing Arts Center, The Brantley Foundation, JenCare Senior Medical Centers, General Tso’s Restaurant & Catering, The HYPE Magazine, and Maverick Global Distribution.

Confirmed vendors represent a range of local businesses such as Community Whole Health Clinic and Chef 4 Every Season LLC.

“We are thrilled to partner with the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce as we continue to bring together the East Memorial Drive community,” said Queen Shanta Lana Hereford, Founder of CFTH. “This event is a celebration of cuisine, culture, and community, and it offers an incredible opportunity for vendors, sponsors, and community members to engage and showcase what makes our neighborhood thrive.”
