Charlie Kirk, founder of Turning Point USA, spoke in a recent podcast interview about how he wished to be remembered. When asked, “How would you wanna be remembered?” Kirk replied, “I wanna be remembered for courage for my faith. That that would be the most important thing. The most important thing is my faith in my life.”

Kirk’s comments were shared on social media by Collin Rugg and have received attention following his death after a shooting at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.

According to FOX News, Kirk’s legacy is closely linked with his Christian faith. In one of his last posts on X (formerly Twitter), he wrote, “Jesus defeated death so you can live.”

Kirk was known for encouraging young people to pursue both political engagement and lives guided by their faith. He married Erika Frantzve, former Miss Arizona USA, in May 2021; they have two children.

Turning Point USA also operates TPUSA Faith, an initiative focused on helping Christians put their beliefs into action.
