Within the DeKalb County School District’s 129 schools, Indian Creek Elementary School had the largest Asian student enrollment for the 2024-25 year, with 442 students.
The Georgia Department of Education’s Fiscal Year 2026-1 report states that more than 1.7 million students attended Georgia’s public schools. Elementary grades enrolled 787,206 students, accounting for 45.9% of the total; middle schools had 388,733 students, or 22.7%; and high schools enrolled 539,092 students, or 31.4%.
