AAHOA Chairman Nishant (Neal) Patel joined Robert Purvin, AAFD Chairman, and John Motta, CFA Chairman, on a joint letter to Lina Khan, Chair of the Federal Trade Commission. The letter requests that the FTC defer action on a rule currently under review until the organizations representing America’s franchisees have had the opportunity to submit public comment on the franchising industry.
