AAHOA Chairman Nishant (Neal) Patel joined Robert Purvin, AAFD Chairman, and John Motta, CFA Chairman, on a joint letter to Lina Khan, Chair of the Federal Trade Commission. The letter requests that the FTC defer action on a rule currently under review until the organizations representing America’s franchisees have had the opportunity to submit public comment on the franchising industry.

DeKalb County officials have issued a warning to residents following a sharp increase in flu-related emergency calls.
According to the Registry, 1,320 of Georgia’s sex offenders live in DeKalb County as of the week ending Jan. 3.
DeKalb County will open several warming centers from December 29 to 31 in response to forecasts of freezing temperatures and hazardous wind chills.
